Viddyoze allows you to render one animation at a time. If you have a current animation in the rendering process, you'll need to wait for that to complete before creating a new one.
If you believe your render has already completed, please visit your My Videos page and check.
If you do not see an active render in progress, please submit a ticket to us and be sure to include your account login email so we can investigate this quickly for you.
Please note: If you have a Pro subscription, you can render 3 videos at the same time. With White Label you can render 10 videos at the same time but will still get this message if you try to render any more than this.
