My Video Won't Download or My Video Opens in a New Browser Tab

Most browsers will automatically download your video file to your computer, but Mozilla Firefox and Safari differ by opening the video in a new tab instead of initiating a direct download.

To download your video in Firefox, you will need to:

1. Right click on the video that is playing in the new tab

2. Click Save Video As..

3. Select where you want to save the file in your computer

If you are downloading a .MOV file (a video with transparency) please follow the same steps as above but click 'Save page as...' instead.

To download your video in Safari, you will need to change your browser settings and choose a place for the video to download. To do this, you will need to:

1. Go to Settings > Safari > Downloads

2. Choose one of the following: iCloud Drive: Select this option to save downloads to the Downloads folder in iCloud Drive. This allows you to access the downloaded file on any iPhone, iPad, or Mac where you're signed in with the same Apple ID

If you are using Chrome, you can choose where to automatically save your downloaded files in the browser settings.
