I just signed up and I can't login to my account?

If you have just signed up and have not setup your account yet, please be sure to check your email. You will have received an email from us with the subject line...

There are instructions on activating your account inside of that email. Please allow at least 30 minutes after you have signed up for this email to arrive. Sometimes this email can be delayed.

Please also be sure to check your spam/junk folder too, just in case the email ended up there.

If you have done all of this and have either not received an email or have issues logging into your account, please submit a ticket and be sure to include the last 4 digits of your card, the amount paid and the date and time the payment was taken, so we can locate your account quicker.
